The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The kids got little teddies upon arrival. They helped us with directions around the city and the rooms were extremely spacious. We will definitely be back!

The location was excellent. The whole process of checking in/out and contact with Sentral prior to my stay was simple and timely. The actual building and facilities were amazing.

Two Night Stay in Chicago. We couldn't have chosen better. Attentive staff especially Jason. Wonderful and spacious suite with dining area, coffee machine, refrigerator, iron. Impeccable cleaning. The view of the city was the best. Free snacks until 7pm. There is a Happy Hour for food and drink.
Breakfast with many options.
Wonderful indoor pool, the water could be a little warmer, the Jacuzzi felt good as it was raining outside. In general, everything was wonderful. Congratulations

It’s an excellent hotel!
Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Features a nice gym + swimming pool
The views to the city were amazing! (South tower, north side view, 29th floor for me made it)
I didn’t try the breakfast, so no comments there.
The restaurants just in the ground floor were very good and good prices.
The mini market offers a good variety of things.
Connected to the expo from the inside.
I went for the marathon and the hotel organized a free shuttle bus to the start line (or close to, in fact) as the hotel is around 2,5km away from it.

I arrived early and they were kind and accommodated me with an early check-in - the staff was very kind. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. Loved the reading sofa by the room window.
