The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The kids got little teddies upon arrival. They helped us with directions around the city and the rooms were extremely spacious. We will definitely be back!

The location of the property is a great plus. The room was clean (a little small for a family of 3), the personal very kind and the availability of the cafeteria (coffee, tea, water - for free) were very helpful especially during the arrival and departure day.

Arlo is extremely well located, directly on Michigan Avenue, between the Chicago River and the Millennium Park. The hotel has been renovated recently: the decoration is nice and rooms are very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. In addition, there is a restaurant downstairs which is practical and, ultimately, staff was pretty warm. It was very ideal for the Chicago Marathon.

It was my second stay in a Club Quarters Hotel, and as the first one it was fantastic. This was even better than the firts one. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, at least in my oppinion, very centric, in front of the river, very close to musseums, magnificient miles, etc. The personnal was very friendly, and there is a coffe machine in the second floor for free that is absolutely convenient when you have a long, long walk until your meeting place.
