Everything! It's the best hotel we have stayed in during our one week trip in Taiwan. The staff was very polite and professional, the lady at the check in recognised while checking my passport that it is my birthday, so she allocated us on the top floor 🥰 Thank you for this. The room is very clean, has everything you need and the location is very good as well. As a person from Europe I found it interesting to use the advanced toilet haha

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. *location : hotel is next to the metro station "Sanduo Shopping District Staition", Exit 3 *room view : our room was at 25th floor, which had an exceptional view over the harbor and over the city *staff: very attentive. we checked in earlier and left the bags at the hotel. By the time we got our room, our luggages were already in the room. *gym: was very clean! Staff checked on it frequently *breakfast: nice variation of western and asian food, the view is a nice bonus ;)

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.
