The staff were lovely and very attentive. The location was amazing, right infront of the beach. Breakfast was always good.

Nice private loungers right on the beach. Room was modern and very clean. Pools were well setup and clean, however lots of screaming/crying children (better to hang out at the beach). Located right at the entrance of Walking Street, but set back enough that it was very quiet at night. Attentive and helpful staff.

We stayed in the double room, it is a very clean and nice room, good AC and 2 free bottles of water per day and a free water and coffee bar in the lobby. A nice big shower and generally a great bathroom. We even prolonged our stay cause we liked the room so much! Would stay there again!

Location was great, it's at side of walking street. Easy to get food and 7-11 is just nearby. We can get a good sleep as there wasn't much bars nearby. Place was clean and host is friendly, they even provide simple banana and coffee breakfast for the guests.

The beachfront rooms are fantastic and very much worth paying extra for - the view is incredible, the space, the beds, having a kitchen, great time watching people and sunsets from the porch. The personal pool is very nice, and huge. We've lived in Thailand for long periods, so were a bit worried about being stuck with the hotel food because it's a decent walk to walking street or other restaurants, but the food was *excellent*. Especially the southern Thai food menu. We ended up eating every meal for five days at the hotel and enjoyed it every time. Breakfast was ok, had all the basics, but not as amazing as the regular lunch/dinner menu. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and service was very very good. Really no complaints at all, and would stay again if ever back in Koh Lipe. Wifi was good enough everywhere for basics and streaming. Did not try any videoconferencing though.
