The host is very friendly and helpful, specially Jackie. From helping carry the bag to 4th floor, booking the tour even it's already late to contacting a cab for airport. Breakfast is very good, it will start from 0730 am, but if you will inform them that you have early pick-up for your tour, they will arrange early breakfast for you. It was a good experience, I will surely come back.

The accommodation was neatly cleaned every day. I stayed in a room with a window, and the entire building was well ventilated. There was a separate refrigerator for guests, so I could conveniently store my personal items. The staff always had smiling faces and were really friendly. The accommodation was located in an alley, so it was quite quiet. Even though the alley was right on the road where the Sunday night market was held!
I really recommend it in all aspects: location, cleanliness, and staff. If I come back to Old Town, I want to use it again :)

I really loved my stay at Thai Akara. Would definitely return! The location was great and very centrally located in the old town. The staff were amazing! So kind and helpful. The hotel room was just beautiful - spacious, modern, clean and excellent facilities. The hotel was so cool - very modern and stylish but with an authentic Thai design. The hotel was an oasis of quiet and calm with lush greenery surrounding the pool area.

99 Heritage has it's charm and antique feel.
Our Deluxe King room has very high ceiling and is super clean and comfortable. It comes with a free meal, a high tea set and daily breakfast. The breakfast is so delicious and plenteous, we could have both ala carte and buffet.
Mozzies....yes, at the first day but the housekeeping staff controlled it so well that we did not see any the following nights.
The reception staff, Mook and Nut are so welcoming and friendly. They served us so well during our 4 nights stay. Not to forget Mina, the cutie hotel cat which kept us entertained at all time. Thank you so much, guys!
The location is excellent. Eateries, pubs, restaurants, 7-eleven (with an ATM), Boots pharmacy and the well known Wat Phra Singh are all just a stone throw away. Around the corner there is a massage house, ChabaPrai Spa, which offers the best massage service with reasonable rate...highly recommended.
Remember to carry enough Thai bahts as most of the restaurants or shops do not accept card payment. Even if they do, it's with an extra 3% charge.
Overall we enjoyed so much staying with 99 Heritage. Love it...and will definitely return again.

Everything! It’s in the old city, within walking distance to many temples. The rooms are soundproof, clean, beds are comfy, having a little fridge was a bonus. The staff was very nice, they did their best to accommodate my dietary needs. Fresh fruit, coffee, some snacks and tea were available 24 hrs.
