House keeping staff were amazing. Everything was immaculate, from slippers to weighing scales which was a nice little touch.
Every find detail was meticulously taken care of. Little gold boxes for tooth brush accessories etc.
Coffee machine in the room made a massive difference in starting the day.
Well done to housekeeping staff, reception for booking my taxi and printing my tickets.

There was a slight booking error from the their end , however when I spoke to them they quickly dealt with the issue and provided us with a spacious apartment. The property was clean and modern. The apartment offered plenty space , It had 3 bedroom and 3 toilets. The apartment is situated in a good area with lot’s of shops near by and short drive to the Balad. Great customer service . I defiantly recommend renting from Summo apartments and I will be renting from again soon. Many thanks

Very friendly staff and they guide you to get the best. All outbound facilities (laundry, eating out multi cuisine) are at walking distance. Non Chaotic locality, but hardly a 10 min walk away from Jeddah's best tourist attraction corniche road on red sea bank with a beautiful visibility of King Fahd's Fountain
