I liked everything in the hotel.
The friendly level and the provisionally which was followed up and watched by the manager Mr. Ahmed Saeed and that what I saw with my eyes.
There was a problem in bathroom (which was slowed later) but what I really liked how it was followed up and solved by Mr. Ahmed Saeed when he check the problem, recognised it, put the alternative solutions and carry it out all in 15 mnts only.
I can’t wait to come back soon for the next occasion that I have to celebrate it there.

The best part about our stay was that the staff (especially Imen and Patience) were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the view was great, even from the 11th floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even a laundry machine in the apartment.

I really appreciate that the management of this hotel cares so much about the satisfaction of its guests. If there is a problem, they solve it immediately. Additionally, the hotel has a very nice beach with sunbeds available for everyone, beach towels, free unlimited bottled water, a very good swimming pool, and delicious food. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. I like this hotel very much! I would gladly recommend this hotel and I will also come back there next time.

Absolutely fantastic stay. I cannot fault anything at the hotel. Big spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are well lit . Staff are exceptionally helpful.
Nice pools outside and my child liked the kids one and they have a small hot tub area for children too which was useful as we visited in December so it is cooler.
Good location within 15 mins of souk and main attractions.
The staff were lovely with our child which makes the stay pleasant as parents.
We would definitely stay here again.
