The hotel is very clean, and a special thanks to the housekeeping staff, Nily, who is very professional in his job. I always returned to a clean room. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The hotel's facilities are good and well-maintained, carefully selected to match the hotel's style.

One employee, Naywa in food service, stood out as a delightful, friendly and even bubbly personality. Each day we were happy to interact with Naywa.
