The friendliness of all the staff. Everyone went all out to try and make the stay & experience out of this world. But that is how Doha is, everyone who work in the hotel industry are trained to be service focus. We were upgraded upon arrival by this friendly south african personnel. Cant remember his name but he is the sort of person that you want to employ to be the face of W. Having said that, everyone else is wonderful and so helpful.

The service was exceptional, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The walk-in closet was notably large, offering plenty of storage space. The location is perfect—everything is just a 10 to 20-minute taxi ride away. The City Centre Doha Mall is conveniently located right across the street. It had the best sea view, staff were very attentive and friendly, close to City Center Mall and Metro station, breakfast was not bad too! Rooms were spacious for a solo traveller, reception and room service available 24h, room had many storage spaces.
