This property is definitively a hotel, rooms are big and included a dining area with all utensils and fridge, its very well locate with a bus stop next to it where you can connect to any place within the city, the Hotel is 10 min by bus from the beach and about 15 to 20 from the famus timeout market, the location is really good, shopping malls are located within walking distances as well. great property and staff

Very lose to Avenida and walking distance to Rossio.
We staying in the one bedroom, very comfortable with good sitting area.
The kitchenette us very well fitted and supplied.

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. We stayed in a room with two doublebed. The room had a fantastic view and balcony on Av de Liberdade but there was no noice issues at all. The room was gorgeous with high ceilings and a fantastic bathroom. Beds were comfortable. A welcoming drink was offered which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of both sweet and savoury items, very good juices and fruits. One could also get an omelette made.
There is a nice little gym and a poolarea with a floating garden. The personnel was very helpful. Overall a fantastic hoten with a great location for a city holiday in Lisbon.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, good location. It was great to have curtains for every bed for more privacy and power sockets by every bed, too. Extra plus that lockers could be used with a coin, so there was no need to bring your own locker with.
