We loved everything starting from the Building with its perfect location and very attentive staff. We stayed at huge, two bedroom apartment. The cleaning service was every day - spotless clean. We are going to come back again. Muito Obrigada ❤️

Literally the best experience in Lisbon. Really nice and helpful people are working there. Everything is very clean, a lot of bathrooms on the each floor, so no problems when the hotel is full booked 👌🏻 a lot of free space. They also provides some activities for every day. Breakfast is like homemade and during the day you can use kitchen stuff. The also provides dinner.

Rooms and amenities were comfortable, clean and air conditioned, and the hostel is located right in the heart of Baixa near the metro station. The staff were so welcoming from my arrival and helped make the entire experience so great – from the family dinners (a must do!), to the Sintra tour, breakfasts and pub crawls. It was the perfect place to make new friends as a solo traveller and was a great community vibe.

At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! Come rain or come shine. Thank you Allan, Victoria, Ricardo, Lucio, Joao, Daniel and one name that we could not remember exactly: Diogo/Diego... there were more than 15 great people.
