The staff here are extremely helpful, they were a great source of local knowledge even when I asked for non-tourist stuff. They were fantastically helpful for my trip to the airport. Little things like free pepper and bag storage made my stay extra pleasant.
They also have a great culture with lots of interaction among the guests.

Lovely boutique hotel beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. Comfortable beds and sound proof windows, a must in downtown Lisbon. But what really made it a 10 was the staff. Superb location. In a pedestrianised zone so there is no traffic noise. I had a quiet, peaceful stay. Close to all the main squares for catching trams (Gloria, 12 & 28), buses and metro. Plenty of eateries around. Lovely little courtyard where I had my morning coffee and pastry. I would stay again purely for the convenience of location. Very clean.
