Excellent service Excellent restaurants and shopping, groceries very close. Excellent staff, they upgraded my room for free without request. So kind of them. Breakfast was very good with options for almost all. I stayed at PC Lahore for 6 days before staying at this hotel. PC is also very good but in my opinion, Park Lane Hotel holds more value for money and time. The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

As a native German living in Pakistan I must say the following: The Fred is the best Hotel I have ever stayed in Pakistan. You won’t find many hotels like this for 100 $and something around the globe neither. The Fred is exquisite, has style, accuracy. Everything is perfect, each and every detail is thought of. Excellent apartments for families. Bit expensive for pakistan but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They are very clean, modern and comfortable. I don't think I would find anything on par with pc residences in pakistan. I also had the pleasure of spending some time with Miss Tania Ahmed, who was very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It would have been nice to have a spa at the premises, as I would have definitely made use of it.

Our stay at Zameen Aurum Prestige Luxurious Family Apartments Gulberg Lahore was truly memorable. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and perfectly clean, making it ideal for families. The host was very welcoming and made the check-in smooth and easy. Breakfast was fresh and nicely served, which added great value to our stay. The building facilities are excellent a cozy cafe on the ground floor, a fun kids play area, cinema, swimming pool, and a fully equipped gym, all within the property. These amenities made it a complete family-friendly experience. With professional cleaning staff, friendly service, and a prime Gulberg location, this is one of the best luxury family apartments in Lahore.

The location of hotel, room size and cleanliness was exceptional. Running hot water and very nice buffet breakfast. The hotel staff particularly ( Mr. Inam, Mr. Rashid, Mr. Zohaib and Mr. Naeem (F&B) go beyond their call of duty to facilitate guests Overall it is highly recommended for families and solo travellers who want a peaceful stay in a nice environment.
