Very clean and staff were all super friendly. Strong water pressure and strong AC. Water dispenser at each floor. Also the nice guards made me feel very safe. Central location - 5 min walk to malls, at the back are lots of eating options (starbucks, pancake house, jollibee, pugon) and a laundry shop. Several 7-11s around where you can get a SIM and top-up your Grab app. During peak hour traffic, the back entrance is better for pickup/dropoff. Already booked again for my next holiday. 😃

All the staff did an exceptional customer service from the reception area to the servers in the buffet breakfast, the bellboys, cleaning staff and the people in the concierge. Has a ready to help attitude, hospitable, friendly and humble. Thank you so much for all the staff who gave their best.
