I stayed in this hotel app 2 years ago. Wow, what a positive change it has gone through. Fantastic job to the new management and staff. All the staff were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. A big thank you to all of them. Wonderful work. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a positive change. In every aspect, I was pleasantly surprised by the early checking possibility with breakfast, updated modern, clean rooms, more variety for breakfast, quality of food, terrace area clean, organized, net on the side of the terrace.... Superb. In addition, I would like to mention the transportation service as well because it was excellent. Thank you to both Ivan and Berismo for everything. The service, they provided was reliable, professional, courteous, fast, safe and friendly. Next time, we will stay in Plaza Paitilla Inn with my husband.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp but the concierge was also available during the day for requests such as laundry. The room was very spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. It's also located in a safe neighborhood with a few malls around the corner for quick food options; going to the touristic places will require to take a taxi as there's little to no public transport around but it's a short drive from everything.

Easy entry, everything was as promised. The help vids on the coffee machine, etc were nice to have too. Mostly though the location is perfect ... quiet, yet central to fun (tourist) shopping, a few museums, and a plethora of highly rated restaurants within a 2 minute walk of the front door.

Perfect location, an easy walk to the waterside, close to amenities, restaurants, and public transport. Great ambience, beautiful interior, lots of attention to detail, and everything you could need. Wonderful warm host, lots of excellent recommendations and advice on places to visit, things to do, and good food options, nothing was too much trouble. Staying here really added to my experience of Panama City, it was especially good as a lone female traveller, I felt safe and wonderfully looked after. Thoroughly recommend.
