Very convenient location, parking and check-in. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. We especially appreciated the stove and being able to prepare simple meals rather than eating out.

The room is very spacious, and the loft is quite interesting; the children really enjoy sleeping up there. The room is well-equipped, and it is very convenient to use. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and peaceful, and it is truly a delightful experience to be awakened every morning by the sound of seagulls squabbling. We were greeted by a very nice old gentleman.

The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Dunedin. We had two rooms which had a door linking the two so it was like having a large apartment. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. Washing machine and dryer available in a laundry area. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. A great welcome and she had upgraded one of our rooms which gave us the extra room perfect for four friends travelling round New Zealand. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Parking directly outside the rooms off street.

The staff were gorgeously friendly, which is awesome at the end of a long day of driving. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite, which was clean, warm and large. Hot water was perfect and the pressure, very good. The location was excellent too. Great value for money as well! As my son is studying at Otago, this is DEFINITELY our new place to stay when we come down and visit.
