Kerry was a very welcoming host who made us feel right at home. He had lots of tips and recommendations and we even shared a meal together. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and immaculate. We could walk into town in around 25 minutes and buses are available, if preferred. The immediate area had shops and restaurants to suit any taste. We would highly recommend Kerry and would stay again if we were ever lucky enough to return.

King Studio was huge. Very secure, gated and had elevators... 24/7 reception. very well equipped kitchen with pots/pans/dishwasher etc...Location is amazing just 2 mins away from Avondale train station and 5-10 mins walk to shops/restaurants. Housekeeping staff was great and always responded very quickly. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for money
