It is a lovely apartment in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of the centre and transport network. Kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The owner, Geir may appear a little brusque in written communication, however that doesn't reflect the reality of the charming man that you will meet when you arrive. The apartment itself is perfectly located. Internally it has lots of space and is somewhat eccentric in a good way. Interesting art work on the walls and personal touches everywhere. Don't bother to bring shower gels or shampoo, there is enough in the bathroom already for a 12 month stay. The fridge (and freezer) were packed with food and drinks when we arrived. A little less so when we left.

Housed in an early 1900s building in Oslo, Cochs Pensjonat offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Karl Johans Gate shopping street is a 10-minute walk away.

The room looks better than in the pictures! Spotless, comfortable well designed (for the eye and for practical use). The building is 100 years old and is interesting to explore. The location is a 5 minute walk to the royal palace (which is located at the city center). What I loved most is that the bathroom floor is heated. Amazing experience!

Great location, only 10 minutes walking to Christmas Market or harbor. Still quiet location. Nice apartment with two shared rooms, our daughter had enough privacy. Breakfast was amazing, staff willing to fulfill any additional request. Friendly approach at the reception but at the breakfast as well. Warm room apart from was snowing outside. We would love to come back one day.
