We stayed as a family with children. The size of the apartment was good, it was clean, and the location was close to local eateries and mini marts. It was also within walking distance to Sunway Pyramid. With a family in hot humid Malaysia, you can imagine the laundry from sweaty clothes, having the washing machine with laundry liquid provided was very helpful, along with drying rack. The aircons worked well and water pressure was good, toilets flushed and no smell from them.
The check-in process was informative and easy to follow, although I must warn future travellers arriving via taxi/Grab, that the guard house to acquire the access sheet is on the opposite side to the building, as drivers will only drop you at the entrance to tower B, which is understandable as that is the address.
If there were any issues, Mandy was very responsive in communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Greenfield Residence. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing extras like a phone charger, board games, and basketball and table tennis paddles, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to many great restaurants and walking distance to sunway lagoon.
The host also went above and beyond by recommending good places to eat and checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable.
Highly recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

Everything was excellent! It felt like home. The staff was very friendly especially Guest relations officer Mr. Ali. He was very professional and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious. My 5 years old loved the food; as there were a special kids buffet.
The shipping mall was liked to the hotel which made it easy to us to enjoy the pools at day and mall at night.
We had one day reservation and extended it to 3 more days, we are definitely coming back!
