The hotel is right in the middle of Macau town. Buses are in front of the hotels. It is so convenient to get anywhere. Just like going back in time as we walked into the hotel. Beautifully decorated and newly renovated. All of the staff are so helpful. The minibar was free with a lovely Portuguese red wine. And they replaced them everyday. The breakfast was very delicious and the menu changes every day. We did not want to leave!

I like everything about this hotel. The staff is wonderful. The food is very good at great prices. And if that wasn't enough, the receptionist knows Spanish. If I come back to Macau I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. 10/10

Everything was fantastic. We booked the room with breakfast and lounge access and it was worth every extra dollar. Personnel was amazing, from start to end, at reception, in the lounge. So good. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Bed was comfortable, airco worked, shower was good, drink and food in lounge were fantastic. So glad we booked with Sofitel instead of a Cotai hotel, because it was our first time in Macau, so it was nice to stay at the old part of town, but with the same luxury as Cotai.

I loved the fabulous decor and attention to detail. Great service in the lobby with leaving our luggage, calling taxis and helping us bring luggage down on last day. Also loved the pool and lots of lifts.

This hotel was a dream to stay in. The room was clean and comfortable (especially the bed), with luxurious extras like a Dyson hair dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the location is near the center and makes getting around easy, either by foot or by bus.
