The Riad is very well located, walking distance to the main square and shops. Also just a few steps is the Palais El Badiî. The breakfast was very good, beds comfortable and the room cleaned. We also asked for the laundry service and the price was fair. Staff very attentive and friendly.

The place was lovely! Not in the center of the medina, but close enough that walking everywhere is no problem. The decorations and the feeling of the Riad are wonderful and the chef Khadija will make you feel right at home.

Our time in Marrakech was amazing!! We love the city and the people. This was only reinforced by the riad and the staff. The staff always asked us how we were and how our day was. It was so nice to get to know Husein, Jasmine, Salima, Achraf and Mounir. We miss you already. The room and the riad were beautiful, spacious, clean and enchanting. The room was also cleaned every day by the lovely cleaning team. The riad was quiet, in the morning you could hear the birds singing. The shower provided hot and cold water. The downstairs and upstairs pool were lovely, to take a dip or for a nice cooling foot bath. The beds were big and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We got Beghrir (Moroccan pancakes), Moroccan Meloui/Malawach, omelette, cake, baguette and different fruit every morning. Also always delicious freshly squeezed orange juice and Moroccan mint tea. Salima was the sweetest and always asked if we needed anything. We arrived late in Marrakech. Nevertheless, a taxi was arranged by the riad to pick us up from the airport. We also booked a quad tour in the Agafay desert through the riad, which I can definitely recommend! The location of the riad is already the reason to book here. Only a 2-minute walk from Bahia Palace. And close to 2 different souks, which lead to Djemaa el-Fna. All in all, a wonderful stay with wonderful people. I would definitely come back to Marrakech and the Alrashid riad.

Great place to stay. Laurent and his team are extremely helpful and friendly. They give you tips and references for you to enjoy the most of Marrakech. The breakfast is home made and very good. Our room was small but impecably clean. The Riad is cosy, silent and fresh. The decorations has a lot of incredible and vintage objects, a treat to a collectors eye.

In Marrakesh’s Medina, Riad Terra Bahia offers traditional Moroccan decoration, an outdoor swimming pool and patio with fountain.

The decoration, design and cleanliness of the Riad as well as our room were impeccable. They take care of every detail and we were always treated kindly. It made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of choices, the staff was always polite and helpful.Totally recommended.

Situated 250 metres from El Bahia Palace, Dar 73 offers a small pool. Guests are invited to relax on the patio or on the terrace, which offers a view of the Medina.

Amin was super nice and helpful. The owner is a lovely lady who has designed and decorated the riad with great taste. The hammam was a wonderful experience. Our room was excellent. We loved spending time on the rooftop terrace. Great that this was within walking distance to Bahia Palace and Jmaa el Fna. Also close to the riad we had an amazing moroccon dinner at restaurant La Tanjia.

Set in the medina, just a 7-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square, is the Dar Les Cigognes. Exotic trees are planted on the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a continental breakfast.

Staff were wonderful- felt like we were coming home every night - attentive but not in your face - just great - bedroom was perfect - loved the Riad concept - and we had a Mamam while we were there -it was amazing.
