Karpha Sands is a beautiful, well-designed hotel. The Rooms are tent like bungalows with an astonishing view to the beach. As a family with two pre-school children we felt extreme welcome by the friendly, warm-hearted staff. The food was very delicious, offering a well balanced mixture between local and international cuisine. We had a wonderful time and would definitetely come again when we visit Sri Lanka again...

Very comfortable and modern room - with both AC and fan, also some insect repellent devices in place and a fridge. Super nice and big bed. Semi outdoor bathroom with a lot of privacy - a great shower experience. Good breakfast as well, and very nice staff. The place is located between two great beaches - Pasikuda and Kalkudah.

this place is such a paradise. the rooms are clean, you have a big garden, you’re located near the beach and the owners are such lovely people. you have also the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner there which is very delicious. we stayed one night and two days later we came back to this lovely place.

Amazing location. Literally less than 1 min to the beach. Caring, attentive host. The host is so welcoming and happy to help with anything. Amazing food. Breakfast is incredible and very generous. Would really recommend having dinner at the guesthouse at least once as it’s the most amazing Sri Lankan home cooked food and very reasonably priced!!

Beautiful new boutique hotel on the very quiet Kalkudah Beach. A beautiful setting with gorgeous garden and sea views from every room. Spacious accommodation including a large room and bathroom, and many communal sitting areas. Each room also includes a private terrace or veranda with comfortable furniture. The staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, with a special mention to the chef Manoj who created beautifully presented, freshly cooked and most importantly delicious food. He catered each meal to our specific requests and dietary needs. It is a wonderful property to stay and relax. It’s worth noting that there’s nothing to walk out to and the town is a bit of a distance, but you will have a lovely time staying and relaxing at this hotel. The beach itself is stunning, the water is calm, clean and warm and its is fringed by palms. Paradise

The location of the hotel is perfect and the beach in front of the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very thoughtful in every manner. The staff were paying attention to everything small thing which was very impressive. Special thanks goes to Mr Dammika the Manager for organising everything so well and also Mr Munas for his excellent service.

From the moment we arrived at Amaya Beach Pasikuda, we were warmly welcomed, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location of the hotel is simply stunning. As soon as you step out of the room, you're greeted by the breathtaking view of the beach and the inviting swimming pool. Additionally, the Pasikuda beach bathing area is conveniently located right next to the hotel, offering an even more immersive seaside experience. The dining experience was exceptional. The meals were delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The live action stations at the buffet (two or three every meal) added a delightful touch, allowing us to enjoy freshly prepared dishes. The overall location is calm, serene, and absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything about the hotel—its ambiance, service, facilities, and food—came together beautifully to create an ultimate holiday experience. Beautiful hotel with huge swimming pool, nice, clean and spacious rooms, well-kept beautiful garden and big beach. Meals are ok, huge choice of dishes. Nice and polite staff. Just perfect🤩 there are a few restaurants in the neighborhood of the hotel, but rather tuk tuk is needed to get there.
