I love the staff from customer service to kitchen staff. Particularly, Patrick from arival to departure, assisted me with luggage hospitably before I even asked him. I saw him doing the same tyrelessly to other arriving and departing clients. Very friendly guy. Saw him train the intern.

The staff were always warm and friendly. The food was amazing. I'd like to mention the chauffeur service led by Mr. Eston and his team was incredible. Very comfortable and polite. Ms. Leah at the reception, great to have met you. Mr. Edwin, Mr. Jeremy was always a delight driving around town with you.

The stay was so great that we booked another night. It was exceptionally clean, beds were very comfy. Bathroom and rooms had everything we needed. Staff and security were amazing. The restaurant below offers great breakfast, although its not included into the hotel price.
