What an experience it was! The rooms were comfy and quite spacious. The in-room Onsen bath was amazing. And the private open-air ones which can be reserved just add on the already superb experience. Would definitely come again.

Very close to the bus station, we stopped here on our way from Matsumoto to Takayama.
Japanese-style room (ryokan), on the table a Japanese tea set (a teapot and bowls) with good sencha tea is waiting.
The available natural hot springs are a great place to rest and relax.
Meals in an atmospheric atmosphere in a yakuta with haori. Dinner is really delicious, quite decent fine dining. Breakfast is equally good.

Big spacious room with bathtub.
Great mountain views.
Very clean room and facilities.
The private hot pools were the best! 3 different pools to choose and enjoy by yourself.
They also have some bikes to go around the village. Great location, just a few minutes walking distance from the bus station.
Very accommodating staff. They kept my backpack until check-in time.
There's no restaurant in the hotel, but quite a few nearby.
