From all the hotels we stayed, this hotel had the best service! It felt much more than 3 star hotel. Very professional and pleasant staff, the room was comfortable, very clean (the cleaning staff did a great job and every day re-filled water bottles for us) :) The location is great, very close to Umeda station so it was very easy to get around. We had everything we need and it was one of the best places we stayed during our 3 week trip in Japan.

We had a private room which was Japanese style Comfortable and lots of room Showers we’re clean hairdryers provided The guy on reception was super helpful as we needed to speak to a bakery and he was able to do that as he spoke Japanese!
