They offered us a free one time breakfast as we are newlyweds, which I was not expecting at all !! Breakfast was amazing great options for food and so much more for drinks! Very convenient as well as there aren’t much restaurants opened during breakfast time.

Came to Osaka to see expo 2025, it's a pitty that I couldn't enjoy the hotel to the fullest, because expo took 5 days out of my 7 nights stay. Location of the hotel is perfect, near you can find Tenoji zoo, Tsutenkaku tower with 360° view at a hight of 120 meters, shinsekai market. The hotel room itself is huge even for european standart, all the commodities are present, even washing machine, that helps a lot during long stay and a sunny summer in Japan. All the personal at the reception was very friendly and helpful with all the request I had during the stay. This was my 7th hotel in Japan and this is by far was my favorite stay. P.s. it was also nice to have a smoking area at the corner from the hotel, because it is hard to find smoking places for tourists

This was my second time at 88 Shinsaibashi Hotel. I m sure I ll return as soon as possible. Super modern room & lobby, room with balcony, coffee machine. Thought through e.g. using a water suspender instead of plastic bottles, luggage storage with locks. Super friendly staff - even coming down to street level to tell us it is easier to get a taxi on the other side of the street, more English than other hotels. Close to metro station- would strongly recommend to friends while staying in Osaka.

The room was quite spacious, and it had all the necessary equipment to make my stay more comfortable. The amenities were in very good quality. The room was very clean. The bed was warm and comfortable enough to enjoy the sleep. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. The view from the window was great as well. The hotel is connected to the Namba metro station, and about 3min walk from the Namba station from the airport. Lots of different convenient stores nearby.
