What an amazing place. So happy we chose Bistare Kana - we stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The property is clean and very well kept, the shared bathrooms were always spotless and we never had to wait for a shower. The shared dining and lounge area was charming with a fire on every afternoon when we got back from skiing making a warm welcoming atmosphere. The best thing, though, was the host - Yama-san - who every morning would give us a weather report, and in the morning offer lifts to Annupurri. Yama-san's kindness and genunine desire for his guests to have a good time shone through and really made the week for us. The bus stop for the Niseko United shuttle (included in the All-mountain pass) was 100m from the front door and always ran on time, so getting between the resorts was incredibly easy. And the food was incredible! Fantastic healthy breakfasts every morning, and for the nights we booked to eat dinner at Bistare Kana (we ate 4/8 nights!) we had a delicious nepalese curry (vegetarian options were available). Cannot reccommend highly enough, and would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location, just about 5 mins walk to the lift, with some restaurant options nearby. The common area has a cozy vibe, sitting next to the fireplace, and enjoying our breakfast while looking at the snow is one of our favorite things. The staff are all very friendly. The shared-bathrooms and showers are always clean, highly recommend to stay here for your ski vacation at annupuri.

Really close to The Nook with lots of food choices open later, and next to bus stop. Only a few minutes away from Annupuri resort with some really nice lifts. Included breakfast was very good, and was fun talking with people around the table.

We had a wonderful stay here, the cleanliness, comfort, hospitality was superb. Rooms are not that spacious but so comfy and enough space for us travelling with 3 luggage including one XL luggage. Toilets are clean and heated (the best during winter) and with a bathtub. Breakfast spread was also amazing and delicious. It was very convenient for us to go about skiing and storing our equipment since they provide storage lockers that are conveniently located for ease to skiers/snowboarders so we don't have to walk far. There is also a lot of parking space since we rented a car. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, imagine all these comes with a view- from rooms, to hallways, to breakfast lounge, all overlooking the mountains.

Super friendly staff with relaxed atmosphere and great location. Venue is relatively new (2018) and has been maintained very well. Free soft drinks, coffee and ammenities tops it off. Thanks for a great stay.

The completely non-smoking Milky House is just 200 metres from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort, where there is a direct bus stop from Chitose Airport.

We loved the very welcoming and familiar atmosphere, very leaned back, young team, uncomplicated, truly friendly. Perfect for Christmas! We had a very delicious Christmas dinner, we loved the common room with the fire place. The communal showers have just been renovated, very nice! Very close to the ski slope. The skiing resort was not crowded, skiing conditions great.

Staff service is amazing, feel like we are treated like VIPs. The outdoor onsen pool is very nice and plenty of privacy. Breakfast and Dinner are exquisite.
