This is a paradise on earth. The service, the location, all the onsen available deserve a full 10 vote. I lost my mobile on the bus directed to the hotel and all the staff made their best to contact the transport company, and the day after I received my mobile! 10, 10, 10!

Everything was more tan perfect. We had an amazing stay here. Staff was extremely friendly, food was fantastic, breakfast was so relaxing atmosphere. The Onsens were soo relaxing. It was like you just stay in a forest with nothing else around you. Relly recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a Ryokan Onsen at its best

I was guest of this Ryokan in early December and it was like living in a dream. The town is enchanting, the Ryokan is absolutely splendid and well kept, the breakfast and the dinner were an amazing experience and the personnel was kind and professional (especialy Quynh who was superkind and made my experience even more memorable). My room was wonderful, the onsen very beatiful

Great ryokan with very good onsens. Rooms are comfortable, dinner and breakfast tasty and interesting. And of course the village in total is geat. There are 5 onsens that has been changing from ladies to gents once a day, and 2 private onsens. It was so good to relax there. Next time will stay there again

Had a little trouble finding the exact entrance area as the sun is setting and it was raining a little. Called the hotel and was addressed by a staff who could speak mandarin and it’s really wonderful cause we were in distress by then. He checked our location and came out to find us and lead us the right way to the hotel. Very polite and has provided us very excellent service throughout. Too bad we didn’t get his name but it was a young guy from guangdong, he really made our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

Great property with large room. Friendly and helpful staff. Two onsens which were both great. Brilliant night buffet with a lot to choose from. Especially the sushi.

The owner was extremely nice!!! We were late for Yukata renting and I asked her for some advices. Instead she called the rental place and arranged that for us, return our Yukata the next morning when we checked out. (Normally you should return the Yukata by four pm but she talked to the rental place for us!)
