from the beginning to the end, we felt so comfortable with a very nice place. the room was according to our expectations and we had a great time in the thermal bath (onsen). dinner was superb, with the staff explaining to us each dish and how we need to eat it. breakfast was very diverse with mutilple choices for oriental and occidental meals. definitley, if returning here, will come back to this hotel

Hot spring and breakfast were amazing! That was what I wanted and enjoyed so much!

Matsumoto Jujo had the best hospitable staff that made me feel at home during my stay. they really take their time in explaining things to me, even during my course dinner, which made me learn more things about the city because of the ingredients they used in their dishes. The owner was really nice and helpful. He introduced all the facilities and provided useful guidance (e.g, local restaurants, visiting sites, spring water etc.) The shower room was pretty clean. Public area was nice and comfy. I really enjoyed the stay at the place and felt comfortable. Definitely would like to stay at this place next time :)

Awsome apartment with the most friendly staff we have ever met! the apartment was big and clean, very comfortable and big bathroom. It was in a great location to explore the area. we like that the coffee shop was really next to us, and we could enjoy fresh coffee and juice every morning 😊 There are no stairs outside and inside the apartment, so it was very accessible with big luggage. Definitely would like to come again!

The location was good with a free car park and quiet surrounding area. We travelled by car so it was very convenient to go anywhere from there. The room was clean with a hammock to relax. There was a coin-operated washing machine in common area with detergent. The kitchen was very good. The owner was so kind and gave my children small lovely chocolate chunks. We enjoyed our 3-night stay so much.
