Very vell located, right in the middle of downtown, near the market streets, but the noise remained outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice surprise: we did not know, but breakfast was also included in the booking so we started every morning with a full stomach.

Really good location - very close to the Citadel. Car can be parked on the street in front, and it’s not the most hectic street so no worries there. Great staff and great shared common rooms.

Staff was extremely helpful - giving sightseeing tips during breakfast, ordering taxis, etc. The pick up from the airport was well organized The rooms are large and fully equipped The location is perfect: walking distance to the inner city, a modern quarter for dinner nearby and the JETT bus station also easy to reach. Last but not least, we got a lovely present when we left.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Nights were still cold, but room had a heater, which worked good. Location was excellent, walking distance to the main sights. Ali, the hotel manager, was very friendly and so helpful. He helped with the driver, since my flight was arriving in very early morning and I was traveling alone. Also he helped to get a bus ticket to Petra in advance. Excellent and friendly service. I would go back anytime. The warmest recommendation to this place.
