Location is perfect, staff is super nice and welcoming. The room is not huge but it was sufficiently spacious , quiet and clean. My plane was late which caused me to arrive at the hotel at 1.30am. The receptionist was waiting for me and made me feel welcome. It was so nice after a long journey. The hotel has a little patio at the back which is charming and blissful.

Perfect location. One of the top level quality at service. Employees are so gentle and happy. Try to help you find the local places especially for the dinner. We were worried before came Venice because of the rumors about “Over-turistic location” but this Hotel felt us like home, thank you.

Very friendly hotel, with excellent staff. Strategic location, easy to access by ship no 1. Internally very authentic. Breakfast is much better than italian average. Room is small, as usual in Venice, but fully equiped. Heating was proper. Congrats for staff again.
