It was good that the staff was there 24 hours a day.　They were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the owner's homemade jams were great. Great location, everythings were so nice !!

Perfectly situated for exploring Ortigia. Giuseppe, the hotels manager, is extremely service minded and bends over backwards to make your stay as perfect as possible. You can always reach him and he recommends trips and restaurants of his own liking (no kick-backs so far as I can tell). The room was clean, spacious and had a small balcony perfect for having a glass of wine when the night sets in. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace, but I only visited it once (it was too hot!).
