breakfest is in the close cafe , exelent, delicious - huge selection of all kind croissants etc . We had some troubles in Roma but owner and all the family helped us to solve it .

I am totally happy , that I stayed in this apartment. It is very light and cosy, very clean!!! It has perfect balcony. All towels and bed linen are perfectly white and fresh!!!the owner is very kind and helpful, will help u in any extra situation if it happens. Really liked this B&B, it was very clean and everything was well thought-out. It had a small kitchen, microwave and a coffee machine allowing guests to make their own breakfast. Did not meet the staff but they were replying to messages very quickly and access to the building was quite easy. Location also quite good, 10 minute walk from train/metro station with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Overall I would stay there again

I liked the snack bar and the nice balcony. They had a microwave, a coffee pot and many snacks. They also had all the utensils and one pot, If you wanted to make yourself some instant ramen or something you could do that. The room had air conditioning and a TV. And free wifi that was actually decent speed.

The room was modern, clean and well-furnished. The bathroom was big and really comfortable. The receptionist was so very nice and friendly, helping and navigating around. You share a kitchen with other guests, but you have tea/coffee and small snacks for free anytime, a great bonus! The room had a balcony with a nice view. The apartment is located near the railway station, you also have restaurants around. Just ask a nice guy at reception and he answers all your questions :)

Strategic location with near by walking to Tiburtina train station, if you are travelling to intercity/airport and Tiburtina metro station is also in same location to go Roma city center. The flat was spacious with a good cleaning, wifi, bathroom and confort. The neighborhood is a lively place with so many various restaurants & cafes & markets. Susan was so friendly host. She gave us some vouchers to have free breakfast in near cafe for our 3 nights stay.
