First of all we really liked the location of the hotel as well as the fact that we could reach the historic city centre by elevator. Everything was perfect. Our suite was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the church, everything was new and clean but with stone features, so it was quite charming. The breakfast was simple but very nice and you could have it on a terrace overlooking Ragusa. The public parking was close by as well. We would love to come back someday.
