Beautiful room with beautiful view. Very lavish hotel right in front of Pisa tower. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff was supportive and allowed us to keep luggage at the hotel after checkout. There is no breakfast options at the property but there are many cafes just beside the hotel. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. Excellent Location.

Amazing stay, beautifully furnished rooms and common area. The breakfast was just amazing, honestly, best pastry I have eaten in Italy. The location is in a quiet and green residential area, less than 10 mins walk from the centre and from all the cafes and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location within a few minutes walking distance from Pisa Stazione Centrale. Bus stop LAM VERDE (towards Airport) right across the road. We were welcomed by Patrizio and his wife who made us feel like family members! He helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs and gave us instructions on the map on how to visit the town!
Very tidy and comfortable bedroom, well decorated and warm! Spotless bathroom and soft towels.
Snacks, coffee pods, and an interesting selection of books were available on the desk! We would have loved to stay longer. Patrizio has been the BEST HOST WE HAVE EVER MET !!!! Sara & Fionn

The owner Maria is wonderful, she was very friendly and explained how all the facilities work in the flat. She let us also leave our belongings at the place after checkout so we could travel around the city without them.
The breakfast provided was plenty, the terrace is spacious, quiet and private, the bed is comfy and the whole place is very clean.
Maria provides and excellent service whilst caring for her new born baby! Amazing job :)
