Cristina is super friendly and attentive . Gave us all the advice we needed to get around.
The breakfast at one of the main caffes of the main street was fantastic.
The provision of a baby cot for free was also lovely.
The studio is big and has every thing you need

Danny was a the perfect host, every morning the breakfast table included a local food treat, sbriscolona one day, a pear torta with a layer of chocolate through the middle to bomboloni another. A lovely selection of cheese and salumi every morning, beautiul bread, croisants you name it. And Danny makes stunning 'hot' cappuccino too. Always full of helpful advice. Wish we had stayed for a week. Very convenient to all things.

Everything! The apartment is beyond stunning -- the main room is covered in 15th century frescoes -- and overlooks the courtyard and art gallery, so it is completely quiet at night. The host is friendly and kind and his property manager, Pierangela, was lovely -- she even collected me from the train station! The flat is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and amenities, e.g., hair dryer, coffee maker, coffee, tea and biscuits (a nice touch). I only wish I could have stayed longer!
Mantova is a very pretty place that deserves more attention. People are friendly, the vibe is easygoing, and there is plenty to see. The Palazzo Ducale is magnificent -- and I say this as someone who has seen a fair few palaces. But don't miss the lesser-known Palazzo Te, with themed rooms inspired by classical mythology. The Chamber of Giants is one of the most mind-blowing paintings I've ever seen -- it wraps around the entire room and ceiling. Do not miss it!

The room was incredibly beautiful--restored 16th century touches in a thoroughly modern suite. Communication with the B&B was great and Chiara was available to answer a couple of questions we had about the city--we could message her via WhatsApp. We also got a brief tour of the building itself by the person in charge the morning we left.

Really a beautiful Palazzo as described, but better, because it is also a home. Luciana and Claudio were such gracious and helpful hosts, and you felt so looked after. The residence is full of history, huge elegant public rooms, more intimate bedrooms, with brand new bathrooms. The breakfast really is superb, fresh fruit, special cereals etc, and the most wonderful selection of cakes (mostly made by Luciana) and pastries. As noted by others, there are stairs, but your bag is deftly carried up by Claudio.... the whole experience of Mantua was heightened by staying here. Very well located too.
