Top location in the heart of Cagliari, overlooking all of the pitoresque city, seaside and mountains. Charming rooms with splendid detail, combining nostalgia and modern style. Nice cafe and restaurant included - we absolutely enjoyed the extraordinary "Palazzo" setup, special thanks to the charming service of Mario & Michele at the reception. A full five stars' experience, we will def. return to this place.

The apartment was beautiful! So spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful furniture and art all over the walls. It felt like a real home.
The host was wonderful, so kind, gracious and accommodating! We were late for check-in and couldn't really give a clear time, but he was super patient and helped carry my luggage up the stairs, there was a language barrier as I dont speak any Italian but he went out of this way to explain everything to me.
The location is beautiful, it is a bit of climb when your walking back from town but worth it as it is beautiful.
I only wish I could've stayed longer.

From the moment we arrived, Mario and his colleagues made sure we were personally taken care of with perfect directions, unbiased restaurant tips, and friendly chats that made us feel at home.
Our room was a wonderful surprise and truly the best surprise ever. It was spotless, cleaned daily, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was also incredible. The gym was a fantastic perk but breakfast stole the show. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect start to each day.
Truly an amazing stay thanks to the people and the little touches that made it unforgettable.
