Rooms are spacious, extravagantly decorated, with amazing views of the Mumbai skyline. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast options are mind-blowing! I had an issue with a mouldy smell in my room - staff were very helpful in relocating me to another room in the middle of the night.

Arrival Experience: I arrived late at night, unfortunately without my luggage due to it being held back at the airport in Germany. However, the warmth and genuine concern shown by Jai and Gauri at the reception was exceptional. I felt as if I was not entering a hotel but rather the home of close friends. 3. Service Efficiency: Understanding the importance of my business meeting the next day, the team went above and beyond. They made sure my shirt was immaculately cleaned and ironed, ensuring I was prepared and on time. To my surprise and appreciation, the service was complimentary, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. 4. Personal Touches: One of the most heartwarming aspects of my stay were the handwritten notes I found in my room. These personal gestures from various team members created a connection that is rare to find in the hospitality industry. 5. Dining Experience: The culinary journey at the Four Seasons was nothing short of magnificent. From enjoying an unparalleled view at AER Skybar to the culinary delights at San:Qi, my palate was in heaven. The team at San:Qi deserves special mention. They made me feel like more than just a guest, greeting me by my first name from my second visit onwards, reinforcing the feeling of being amongst friends. 6. Final Thoughts: It's evident that the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai is doing many things right. When you have team members like Jai, Gauri, and countless others who show such dedication and passion for service, it is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I not only left as a satisfied customer but also as an ardent fan.

We stayed here from Dec 29 2024 to Jan 2 2025. I am writing this review soon after we reached home. This was one of our several visits to the Taj in the past few years and, incredibly, every visit tops the previous one. Often, one wants to try a new place although with the Taj, this is not the case. Somehow, it draws you back again and again. Sakshi helped check us in and stayed in touch throughout the stay. She took over all our matters as soon as we checked in. Which wasn’t easy given the hotel was at near full capacity and the pressure of new year eve preparations. We can’t thank her and Ritesh (the GM of the property) for making our family feel super special. The Taj Mahal Palace wing sets the benchmark for warmth and luxury. One has to stay here to set yourself a benchmark of what hotel stays can be like. If your travels bring you to Mumbai, stay here. Even if it is for a day. It makes life worth living!

Staff were warm and polite. The Rooms Division Manager was very approachable and did what she could to make my stay pleasant and memorable.

This apartment exceeded expectations. Staff were very helpful and communicated well with quick replies etc to any messages. The apartment was very clean. There is a washing machine like we have in UK (fully automatic!) which was a pleasant surprise. The AC works well in both rooms - bedroom and living room also. The manager also kindly let us leave our luggage in the place as we had a late flight - this was extremely kind and much appreciated.

And train watching. Enjoyed the many gadgets in the Apartment (water filter, light scenarios, cool bathroom mirror, automatic soap dispenser, soap with nice smell, microwave, unusual cooking stove) Lockable drawers in lockable cupboards
