Absolutely amazing hotel- starting from the location, building itself, atmosphere inside up to the highest level of service. Rooms are clean and well-designed, with all necessary equipment and auxiliaries - flat TV set, independently controlled air conditioner, tea pot, iron + iron stand, hair dryer, and so on. Food for breakfast is extremely good in quality and of wide variety. And again - the service is perfect! All hotel facilities you may want are just there - an outdoor pool, very well-equipped gym with "wet zone": sauna, steam room, etc., 3 restaurants and lobby bar. As well , I used to spend my time for leisure and work in the Club Lounge, what I absolutely fell in love with. And again - responsiveness of the hotel management and staff as well as service provided just excellent! At my next visit to Mumbai I will definitely stay at Taj Lands End. Well done!

Very welcoming - from Raoul in Reception who did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible, to Ritesh in the Club Lounge who ensured that we were well catered for, to the Pondecherry restaurant staff who were so attentive and everyone else who made our stay memorable.
