The receptionist upon our arrival went out all the way in order to organize everything for us even though we booked last minute due to the storm. She was unbelievably kind and gracious. She really made our day. The room was incredibly spacious and had beautiful interior. We had a lovely view and it was quiet and comfortable. the hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk from temple bar. It was incredible.

I loved the vegan irish breakfast, and generally the vegan options at the vault restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite and helpful. As a customer I have always felt more than welcome to ask for help or inquire information on bus schedules and stuff like that. Another aspect are the stunning visuals of the hotel's facilities! Inside you are welcomed by beautiful seating areas, detailed decor with different lounge rooms, which invite you in to have a seat and just enjoy the breathtaking interior around you.
