All decorations and facilities in this hotel are new and the rooms look very clean. My room has a mountain view. We enjoy the suset and sunrise and city view on the roof. Every waiter greets guests with a smile and is very friendly. The counters provide much information we want. They really helped us so much. We got enough rest and a good feeling.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice but did not additionally have a safe, one had to be brought in when we enquired but that was seen to very quickly.

Loved our stay at Surokarsan 9 house! Staff were super friendly and ready to help us with getting our way about. Room was spacious and bathroom was of great size. Our room was located in a beautiful building, which was super clean and tidy. We will definately be back next time we are staying in yogyakarta
