Everything exceeded my expectations, starting from check-in process. They gave us a free room upgrade, accommodate our requests quickly, were really helpful. Great breakfast, very spacious rooms with good cleaning service, two nice restaurants. We also attended morning yoga sessions and enjoyed them. Both pools were enjoyable. Staff was very hardworking and friendly.

All very helpfull with everything, including but not limited to visa extension, scooter rental, taxi to our next destination. By the way, an excellent place as a starting point in Bali, or upon leaving due to vicinity to the airport.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The whole athmosphere of the resort is magic and very exclusive. The restaurant we used to go (Cascade) serves magnificent food for reasonable prices. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and the view over the jungle is just outstanding. Everything about the property is perfect and stunning! The beds are very big and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well and is needed. The pool is beautifully refreshing and a good size. The best part of our stay though was Toni, the owner. He picked us up from the airport and was our chauffeur for our entire time in Ubud! Such a lovely man! Thank you for everything Toni, we loved it!
