The location was amazing. The view from the hotel were lovely. There is a nice little beach literally out the door. A lovely little walk to get to old town. Good little convenience shop was close by. We'd certainly stay again if returning to Dubrovnik. The host Zoran was amazing, good comms, always catering for our needs and even giving our son a piggyback up the stairs to our taxi on the final day.

The host was very friendly and attentive. The apartment was very clean and had lots of extra things provided in bathroom and kitchen. It mattered to her that her guest were comfortable. The location is incredible, elevated so a morning coffee on the deck with a short stroll to main square.

Walking distance to a lot of places, including Old Town, a beach, grocery stores, a bus stop where you can take a shuttle bus to the airport and the cable car. The terrace has a beautiful view and is comfortable. Our host was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the city, where to eat, what you should do, see and visit. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the pearl of adriatic, dubrovnik. Everything was absolutely amazing, and it is already being described by my wife and me as a wow top 3 holiday. Travelled as a family of 4 (Dad, Mum and 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter). Apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bedrooms and facilities could not be faulted. We all slept very well and made use of the kitchen. Our host Josip was extremely helpful and kindly left a bottle of wine and some milk for our arrival and kept in touch via WhatsApp for any questions we needed throughout our stay. 10/10 service. The highlight has to be the balcony. The views are just amazing, and as you can see from the photos, we saw some incredible sunsets on our stay. There were a lot of stairs to contend with if I had to find something to be critical of - however, it did not hamper our stay and added to the charm of the place. I don't think I will ever get a better balcony view in the rest of my days holidaying! Must visit! We may be back.

Beautiful apartment with fabulous terrace with different seating areas and superb views over the sea and the old town. Everything you need was provided from toiletries and hair straighteners to games console. Made for a great holiday with 2 teenagers.

Vera was super helpful, with quick replies and allowed me to leave my luggage there after checking out. Location was great, 10 minutes walking to the Old Town, 5 minutes to the bus stop, quiet area to stay. Spotless clean.

The property is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views of the old town. It is modern and clean and the host Andrea was super helpful and tentative with all our needs and really went out of the way to make our trip the best. I can’t recommend this stay enough we had such a lovely time and so peaceful as it’s not bang in the middle of the old town. All the facilities were in amazing condition like hot shower etc.
