We loved our stay! We booked two double rooms with partial harbor view. At check in they gave us two connecting rooms in that category seeing that we were a family. We really appreciated that. The view was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious and spotless, the breakfast had many options and was tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved that we had complimentary minibar in the room and small gifts for Christmas were a nice touch. The location is also great, clean and safe area, lots of good food options just a few steps from the hotel. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again when in HK.

All facilities are brand new, so super fresh and clean. Stylish interiors, nice view over the Harbour and attentive staff. Location is very convenient for TST, can do everything on foot. Nice water dispenser in room with hot and cold, no more single use bottles, and very happy to find good quality TWG tea in minibar, this is rare enough to highlight and very appreciated by tea drinkers.

Great welcome, even shown to 14th floor room by front desk staff!! Excellent location 150 metres from Nathan Road. Spacious tidy, clean room with bottled water and nibbles included. Excellent breakfast with a fantastic harbour view. Stunning! Able to extend check out time to 2pm with no charge. Nice to receive a gift upon departure. Recommend! AAA+++

Staffs are so helpful at all times whenever we enter or leave the hotel. The staffs pay attention to us and assist us on boarding on UBER taxi when we need it so urgent to catch our station bus. We greatly appreciate it.

We love Shangri La hotel, we booked 1 night at my daughter's 18th birthday. The stuff was so friendly and accommodating, they even prepared birthday ballon for my daughter, so sweet! The room is spacious, the bathroom is with bath tub - another perfect relax after busy day. The breakfast was in high standard of Shangri-LA - never disappointing, may choices of different cusines for any taste.
