The front desk staff is very polite and kind. She provides a lot of useful information for my mountain climbing tour. I really appreciate it. The other volunteers are really kind and I made a lot of new friends there. It's so easy to get food near by so it's very convenient.

The room was excellent! Bathroom was spacious, great water pressure and the bed as sooo comfortable. Only downside was the AC - a bit too loud for my liking but honestly it worked well so no harm there. A tip; bring earplugs if you’re light sleeper. The staff that checked me in was incredibly kind and quick.

I had a high-level king room with harbour view. The room was spacious, clean, modern, very quiet, tastefully decorated and very well-designed. I enjoyed the hotel's outdoor pool very much too. Grand Hyatt is linked to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) which means walking to the MTR is so easy and it doesn't matter if it rains because you'll be under the roof the entire time. Calling an Uber is so easy too because Grand Hyatt is a popular spot where drivers pick up and drop off passengers all the time. Staying at Grand Hyatt made my stay in Hong Kong a perfect holiday.

Charming hotel at the perfect location to explore Paris, close to the metro station. The room is on the small side but the bed is super comfy, the shower was great and the staff were extremely helpful. We mentioned we were newlyweds and we’re greeted with some sweets and champagne :) Would definitely stay here again.
