Location - it is close to the train station. I felt safe even though it is located in one of the poorest areas in HK. 24/7 reception even during the super strong typhoon. There is a museum downstairs 😍

The staff is very kind.
When I asked about a room temperature , they put an extra blanket and heater in the room.
There isn’t a laundry in the hotel. But the coin laundry is near the hotel.If you ask it at the reception desk, you can get a map.
