the room was a bit bigger than the most of other hotels in HK. the receptionist upgrade us from 9 FL to 31 FL with a wonderful view. the cleaning staff was so nice. the location was near to MTR station & busses route to many locations

I especially appreciated the front desk staff named Lincoln, which offered a free room upgrade to me. The hotel also felt very safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I arrived quite early in the morning at the hotel. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and gave me a free upgrade and early check-in. The room was large and comfortable. The location is also quite good, close to MTR and many restaurants and shops.

Stayed there for two nights. Veru good location. - you just need to go 3-4 stations to downtown by suubway. Several 7 to 11 supermarkets are in 10 min around the hotel.. Also very good chinese massaje not far from the hotel.. I definetly come back again to this place.
