The rooms were fab spacious, clean and nicely appointed. A clothes washing machine great with a veranda enabling good drying on a drying rack. Lounge really nice size. Loved the shower and toilet room as it was spacious. I also enjoyed breakfast on the veranda with a view across the Saronic Gulf to Athens Riviera 😃 Kitchen had all you need and clean😃

Just as it looks in the pictures - beautiful, fully renovated, and spacious apartment with all the facilities and amenities a house could offer. The' communication and helpfulness from the host was out of this world. He didn't hesitate to help us with whatever questions or requests we had. For example, when we asked if there was any detergent/pods for the washing machine, they dropped them off at the doorstep for us! Overall, great experience.

We loved everything about Seaside Grey Pearl Villa. The location was great, the villa was exceptional!! We felt right at home. The villa was spacious, comfortable, spotless and had the most amazing terrace overlooking the marina. Really beautiful!! Also, the villa had a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. So really nothing is missing. What made our stay very special were the hosts who are wonderfully warm, helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. Thank you Seaside Grey Pearl Villa for making our holidays so special!!

The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood that feels very safe. At the same time, it is in a walking distance from the vivid part of Pireus full of restaurants (Mikrolimano). It is also close to the bus that brings you to the metro station so you can easily get to Athens. Only be aware it is almost on the top of the hill so you have to walk always down-and-up hill. But you have a great view from the terrace that belongs to the appartment. The on-line communication with the owner was great, as well as the detailed instructions he sent us before. Be sure to read them before to find the right place! We got the code to get in, it was very convenient, since we arrived late in the night. We could also leave the luggage in the hallway after the check-out till our evening departure, which we really appreciated.

The room was amazing. Huge installation, very close to the port, many restauramts nearby. Simply amazing. The restaurant is simply amazing, one of the best foods I had in Greece. Emily, Denis and Niko from the reception made the experience even better.
