This place is just perfect if you are traveling and working at the same time. The room is super clean and bed is comfortable. even if you have a upper bed there are stairs to climb up so won’t bother you. The bathroom is clean as well. The common area is just perfect when you have a work to do or just chill out. Wifi works fast I didn’t have any problem or stress even I use quit heavy software. There’s also a little garden to refresh yourself. And at last , more importantly, the owner is super friendly and helpful!

A very beautiful hotel with a wonderful room. A comfortable bed, excellent quality linen and bedding. Cleanliness and comfort in the hotel.
The wonderful hostess of the hotel, Nata, is an incredibly hospitable, caring, and intelligent woman who is attentive to all requests and wishes.
The breakfasts at the hotel are very tasty, fresh, and homemade.
I highly recommend this hotel—you feel like you are in a beautiful, cozy old house where everything exudes warmth, beauty, and history.

A pleasure staying at Sani Hotel in Tbilisi - it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect for the city, a short walk from Rustaveli and the vibrant city centre.
The hotel itself is a charming oasis where you feel away from the city with a beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and nicely furnished, offering lovely views.
The hotel staff are exceptional, we received a lovely warm welcome at check-in and they were attentive to our needs and the service provided throughout my stay. 
The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to each day.
I highly recommend Sani Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and Georgian hospitality.
