We loved everything about this hotel—its location is unbeatable! It’s within walking distance of nearly all the must-see attractions in Tbilisi. Even better, it’s situated on a pedestrian-only street, free from car traffic, making it incredibly peaceful. The area is also surrounded by fantastic eateries and bars, and parks adding to the overall charm. The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and cleaned daily. The staff is incredibly courteous and always ready to help. They patiently answered all our questions—even when we asked multiple times! Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to a comfortable stay at Tbilisi.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Staff were fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for more. I only made it to breakfast once (I don’t get up in time) and it was great also- everything you need to start the day.

I don't even know where to start. Have you ever heard of a 5 stars apartment in a random building on a random cobble street? This one is exactly that! Expect 5 stars hotel quality but expand it to everything an apartment would contain. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. We stayed there for 3 nights... The room is beautiful, furniture quality and looks wise, space, floor, hot tub, sink, all.. it has everything you could need down to the tiniest details, ex: spatula, crystal clean cookwares, wine bottle opener, cleaning cloths, amazing glass items (mugs, wine glasses, etc...) And the balcony! Man the view, and the outdoor patio furniture! And the people! Elena was just fantastic and the owner too. They let us check out late as I was ill on the last day, and they even let us come when we had already left since 2 days and put our bags for few hours in the yard (which has a barbecue facility and washing machine with dryers btw) even though we weren't staying that night or anytime later. Also we were able to see the old cellar where they used to make wine, and they gave us a wine bottle as a gift! People people people, book it, don't think twice, and when you arrive don't mind the weird narrow uphill street, believe me it's worth it.
